Cape Fear Chapter-TETAC held it's scheduled meeting on Jan. 20^th, 2010, @ St. James Plantation.

The featured presentation was by The TSP Pumps/ Jacobsen dealers.

TSP Pumps had Bill Ledford, Les Bailey & Steven Terrell, in attendance to give the presentation on Jacobsens new 322 Electric Tri-Plex mower, Bill Ledford did a training session on basic electrical components & systems.

Cape Fear TETAC wishes to thank TSP Pumps & their staff for a very informative meeting. The "unveiling" of the new 322 was also impressive. Many new innovations to our turf industry, are being introduced with this mower.

Training services, such as what TSP, Bill Ledford & associates accomplished today, are one of the main reasons that TETAC was formed.

After the conclusion of the presentation, Cape Fear Chapter held it's business meeting.

Yearly dues were discussed & decided to remain @ $25 per member. At least 8 members paid their dues for 2010. A financial report was given by Greg Barnes ( Greg is also our Treasurer), & it was accepted as read.

On further business, we set new meeting dates & locations, they are:

March 17^th, 2010, to be held @ Cape Fear CC ;
May 19^th ,2010, to be held @ Ocean Ridge ;
July 21^st, 2010, to be held @ Pine Valley CC.

Greg Barnes also made mention as to the election of officers, to be held at the March meeting. Several people mentioned, that since Greg was doing such a great job, we just need to let him serve a 3^rd term... YEAH... !!
