Good Sunday morning,
This morning I added the JCE editor plug-ins onto the TETAC site. It is a much more advanced system to allow editors and publishers to add content to the site. The goal here is to make it simple to add new content for our primary Author, and to build a set of sections for each of the different TETAC chapters. This is actually the first post using JCE and the first problem I am currently having is placing web links into this actual article!!
Ok it is a location thing. . . the link/unlink icons on the editor are not side by side, the link icon is on the bottom row, right side!! Success!!
Next as a test, going to add an image from the server -
That seems to have worked. . . the image above is from the 2005 TETAC conference in Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
Next an image insert from my hard drive -
Excellent!! The logo above was on my hard drive, has been uploaded to the server, and is now displayed here!
One thing I just did notice was that in order to upload images, you have to first find a folder to put them in, which might have me creating folders for the Authors to use. *Note to self*
JCE Success!! Lastly, just tried the spellchecker, works great!!
